Abstract

The present invention discloses an insertion mechanism of a rope threading machine, comprising a frame, a rope clamping member, and a transmission device for driving the rope clamping member to rotate and move left and right, characterized in that the transmission device comprises a movable plate, a guide plate, and a steering plate that move left and right on the frame, the guide plate is provided with a limiting component for limiting the movement of the guide plate, a linear guide groove is provided on the movable plate, the linear guide groove forms an angle with the moving direction of the movable plate, an arc guide groove is provided on the guide plate, the rope clamping member is mounted on one end of the steering plate, the other end of the steering plate is hinged to the guide plate, a pin is provided on the steering plate, and one end of the pin passes through the arc guide groove and the linear guide groove. The movable plate and the guide plate of the present invention move to drive the rope clamping member to turn and perform the rope threading operation, and mechanical transmission is adopted, which not only has a stable and accurate steering angle, but also realizes high-speed operation and stable and accurate insertion holes.
