Abstract

The present invention relates to a pre-edge rotary cutting and twisting crimping machine, comprising a base, on which a clamping device for clamping and fixing wires is arranged, a cutting and stripping and twisting device for rotary cutting and stripping the wires clamped and fixed by the clamping device and twisting the wire cores, a terminal feeding device for conveying terminals, and a terminal crimping device for crimping the terminals conveyed by the terminal feeding device with the wires after cutting, stripping and twisting; the terminal crimping device comprises a flip base frame and a crimping die mounted on the flip base frame, and a flip pushing mechanism for enabling the crimping die to have a material taking station and a pressing station is arranged between the flip base frame and the base. The advantage of the present invention is that it is easy to assemble and fold. The advantage of the present invention is that it can realize the cutting, stripping and twisting of wires and crimping of terminals.
