Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of low-voltage electrical appliances, and in particular to a circuit breaker, wherein a side plate assembly comprises two side plates arranged at a relative interval, two ends of a main shaft respectively cooperate with the two side plates for rotation, a stop cantilever assembly is arranged on the main shaft and rotates synchronously therewith, and two ends of the stop shaft are respectively arranged on the two side plates; the circuit breaker also comprises an anti-rebound device, the anti-rebound device comprises an anti-rebound plate and an anti-rebound plate resetting member for driving the anti-rebound plate to reset, the anti-rebound plate is pivotally arranged and cooperates with the stop cantilever assembly; when the circuit breaker is opened, the stop cantilever assembly rotates in the opening direction and drives the anti-rebound plate to rotate in the same direction, after the stop cantilever assembly hits the stop shaft and stops rotating in the opening direction, the anti-rebound plate continues to rotate in the opening direction until it cooperates with the stop cantilever assembly in a limiting position, thereby preventing the stop cantilever assembly from rebounding in the closing direction; the circuit breaker of the present invention can effectively prevent the rebound of the contact mechanism, and improve the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker.
