Swing unloading mechanism

Abstract

A swing unloading mechanism is used for docking and connecting materials between a transport vehicle and a loader. The base is fixed to the bottom of the loader conveying mechanism adjustment frame, the travel switch is installed on the left and right sides of the base, the rotary drive mechanism is connected to the base, the loader unloading frame is fixed on the top of the rotary drive mechanism through the unloading conveying frame base, and the left and right travel switch limit plates are connected to the left and right sides of the unloading conveying frame base. The present invention adopts a swing unloading mechanism installed on the loader conveying mechanism adjustment frame to change the existing loader's single-direction conveying and unloading method. It has a simple structure and is easy to operate. The loader can unload materials at any position within the range of 90° to the left and right, and there is no need to move the loader or the transport vehicle back and forth. It can greatly reduce the operating intensity of the operator, improve the loading efficiency, and meet the unloading requirements of special lanes such as the transport vehicle loading on the side of the loader.
