Serial screw sorting and feeding device

Abstract

The application provides a serial screw sorting and feeding device, and belongs to the technical field of sorting and feeding, to solve the problem that the existing screw may form a first-last mutual rotation phenomenon, the mutual rotation engaged screw is separated by manual work, human and material resources are wasted, and production efficiency is reduced. The device comprises a group of switching cylinders fixedly connected to the rear part of a switching support; a group of separation grooves is arranged on the top of the switching support; and a group of separation seats is fixedly connected to the top of the separation grooves. The screw rotation and separation problem is solved by the combined action of the spiral exhaust holes and the rotation air inlet holes to form a spiral air flow, so that the mutually rotationally connected screws rotate and spin to be separated, manual intervention is not needed, human and material resources are saved, the production efficiency is improved, and the foundation is laid for the automatic use of the screw.
