The present invention discloses a shrimp body processing and conveying system, comprising a needling mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a processing mechanism; the needling mechanism comprises an oblique shrimp trough and a needling device, and the needling device can move back and forth in a direction close to the processing mechanism and a direction close to the oblique shrimp trough respectively; the feeding mechanism comprises a guide plate and a belt conveyor; the guide plate is arranged at one end of the belt conveyor; the other end of the belt conveyor faces the opening of the oblique shrimp trough; the processing mechanism comprises two brush rollers that can rotate relative to each other; a long groove along the length direction of the brush roller is provided on the brush strip of each brush roller, and the long grooves on the two oppositely arranged brush rollers are symmetrically distributed. The shrimp body processing and conveying system provided by the embodiment of the present invention optimizes the subsequent automated processing process of the shrimp body and ensures the processing effect of the shrimp body by constructing a shrimp body processing and conveying system that can realize shrimp body flattening and uniform feeding.
