A food quick-freezing device

Abstract

The application discloses a novel food quick-freezing device, which comprises a tunnel type freezing processing tank, a stainless steel conveying belt and a rotating shaft. The tunnel type freezing processing tank is arranged, so that the food materials can be quickly frozen and processed in the tank by adding non-volatile liquid coolant as a heat conducting medium. The heat conductivity coefficient of the liquid is much higher than that of air, so that the freezing speed of the food is greatly improved. The spraying and stirring mechanism is arranged in the freezing tank, so that the liquid coolant can be stirred and circulated by the movement of the conveying belt. The temperature difference of the liquid coolant at different positions in the freezing tank is less than or equal to 1 DEG C, so that the freezing uniformity of the quick-frozen food raw materials is improved. Compared with the traditional air quick-freezing technology, the application has the advantages of high efficient heat conduction, uniform freezing, high energy saving, improved quality of quick-frozen food, reduced quick-freezing processing cost and wide application.
