Transmission line test module and transmission line test method

Abstract

The present invention discloses a transmission line test module and a transmission line test method, wherein the transmission line test module comprises a transfer circuit board and a test assembly. The transfer circuit board has a signal circuit and a grounded metal layer. The test assembly is arranged on the transfer circuit board and corresponds to the grounded metal layer. The test assembly comprises an insulating base, a plurality of probes and a conductive block. The plurality of probes are inserted into the insulating base so that the two ends of each probe protrude from the first side surface and the second side surface of the insulating base. The conductive block has a first surface and a second surface arranged opposite to each other. The conductive block covers the insulating base and makes the probe protruding from the first side surface of the insulating base exposed to the first surface and the probe protruding from the second side surface exposed to the second surface, and the second surface is concavely provided with a groove. When the test assembly is arranged on the transfer circuit board, the second surface contacts the grounded metal layer, and the groove corresponds to the signal circuit.
