Countercurrent flotation column and residual energy reduction device

Abstract

The present invention discloses a countercurrent flotation column and an energy surplus reduction device. The energy surplus reduction device is installed in the flotation column body and above the aeration spray gun, and includes a first energy dissipation plate, which is in an inverted conical shape and is uniformly provided with a plurality of first through holes; a second energy dissipation plate, which is in a conical shape and is uniformly provided with a plurality of second through holes; the second energy dissipation plate is arranged directly above the first energy dissipation plate, a blanking port is arranged at the bottom of the first energy dissipation plate, and a blanking gap exists between the first energy dissipation plate and the second energy dissipation plate. This reduction device can not only reduce the surplus energy of the aeration spray gun, but also prevent solid particles of the pulp from easily accumulating on it, and can also shear large air bubbles to regenerate fine air bubbles again.
