Abstract

The present invention discloses a positioning tool for pre-assembling an air intake pipe, comprising a tool base plate, the top surface of the tool base plate is provided with a side buffer rubber pad, a moving groove is opened in the middle of the top surface of the tool base plate; a positioning device, the number of the positioning device is two groups, and the two groups of positioning devices are symmetrically arranged in the moving groove of the tool base plate; and a driving lever, the driving lever is arranged at one end of the tool base plate, and a driving wheel is welded to one end of the driving lever. The present invention can adjust the positions of the two groups of positioning devices according to the positions of the threaded holes on the air intake pipe, so that the positioning rods on the positioning devices correspond to the positions of the threaded holes on the air intake pipe one by one, and then the air intake pipe is placed on the buffer rubber pad, and at the same time, the positioning rod is ensured to be inserted into the threaded holes on the air intake pipe, so as to fix the position of the air intake pipe, facilitate the pre-assembly installation of the air intake pipe, and the provided buffer rubber pad and rubber sleeve can play a protective role.
