A water curtain type tunnel dust removal and lining maintenance device and its usage method

Abstract

This invention discloses a water curtain-type tunnel dust suppression and lining maintenance device and its usage method. The device's layout path closely follows the tunnel excavation outline and can be adjusted according to the tunnel cross-section size, making it suitable for tunnels of various cross-sections. Within the secondary lining area, longitudinal movement is achieved by universal wheel support devices on both sides. Within the primary lining area, longitudinal movement is achieved by toothed tracks fixed to the arch frame and power gears. The upper nozzles of the device maintain the lining, while the front and rear nozzles reduce dust. As the device operates along the designed route area by area, its operation is guided by dust monitoring devices and lining maintenance requirements. If, after a period of operation, the dust reduction or maintenance requirements are met, the corresponding device automatically shuts down. Once both standards are met, the device automatically moves to the next working area. After completion, the device automatically folds up.
