An automatic capping packaging machine

Abstract

The present invention discloses an automatic capping packaging machine, which comprises a frame. A tray separating device, a lid separating device, a feeding device, a lid closing device and a bag sealing device are arranged on the frame. The lid separating device includes a workbench, on which a storage rack, a conveying mechanism, a taking-out mechanism and a turning channel are arranged. The turning channel communicates the taking-out mechanism with the conveying mechanism, and the conveying mechanism is connected with the lid closing device. The head end of the tray separating device is connected with the feeding device. The tail end of the feeding device is connected with the lid closing device. The lid closing device is connected with the bag sealing device. By adopting automatic equipment, the present invention completes the automatic feeding, capping and packaging of food, making the food packaging process more hygienic and healthy. Moreover, the improved lid separating structure improves the production efficiency of the whole process.
