The hollow heating rod increases the contact area between the heating rod and the fluid, and the heater unit reduces the flow cross-sectional area of ​​the shell-side fluid, thereby increasing the flow velocity of the fluid, which can effectively reduce the proportion of radiation heat transfer in shell heat transfer, reduce the wall temperature of the heating rod, and increase the downhole service life of the downhole electric heater. Compared with the existing continuous spiral baffle downhole electric heater, the heater has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, has low cost, and is easy to promote on a large scale.
