Rotary locking device for flat steel gates

Abstract

The present invention discloses a rotary locking device for a plane steel gate, comprising a rotary mechanism and two locking base plates arranged on both sides of the top of a concrete gate groove, one end of the rotary mechanism is mounted on a first locking base plate equipped with a stainless steel shaft, and the other end is supported on a second locking base plate through a simply supported wheel. When the locking device is in an unlocked state, the rotary mechanism can flexibly rotate around the stainless steel shaft and be fixed at a specified position. When the locking device is in an unlocked state, the rotary mechanism can flexibly rotate around the stainless steel shaft and be fixed at a specified position through a self-locking device; when the locking device is in a locked state, two types of support are provided, namely, support by a first rubber block and a simply supported wheel and support by a locking beam support plate, so as to achieve locking of large, medium and small plane gates. The present invention has a simple structure, reliable force, easy operation and a wide range of applications. It adopts a horizontal rotation and sliding method, which effectively solves the technical problems of traditional locking, such as heavy weight, bulky movement and limited scope of application.
