Abstract

The present invention discloses the problem of insufficient protection range of the rear shell of the helmet in the field of protective gear, and provides a helmet adjuster and a helmet, including: a rotating member, the rotating member is located behind the rear shell of the helmet; a transmission member, the transmission member is located in front of the rear shell of the helmet, the transmission member includes a first connection end, a spacing compensation structure and a second connection end connected in sequence, the first connection end and the second connection end are arranged front and back, the first connection end is connected to a rotating wheel, the second connection end is connected to the rotating member, and the spacing compensation structure is used to compensate for the spacing change between the first connection end and the second connection end; the rotation of the rotating member can drive the transmission member and the rotating wheel to rotate. The rotating member can be rotated more easily, so as to flexibly adjust the size of the head circumference to adapt to the head shape of the user. The helmet adjuster can also significantly improve the user's comfort, effectively reduce fatigue and significantly increase safety, especially when used by motorcycle drivers or emergency rescue personnel.
