Abstract

The present invention provides a flameproof switch and a split flameproof structure with the flameproof switch, wherein the flameproof switch comprises a housing and a switch located inside the housing; a plug is provided at one end of the housing to seal the switch inside the housing; a switch fixing part for fixing the switch is provided inside the housing; the switch comprises a switch seat, a switch shaft connected to the switch seat, and a switch knob fixed at the end of the switch shaft; the switch shaft extends to the outside of the housing through the switch fixing part; the switch seat is fixed on the switch fixing part; and there are gaps around the switch seat and the housing and the plug. By adopting a structural design in which a switch fixing part is provided in the housing and the switch is fixed on the switch fixing part, after the switch is fixed, there are gaps around the switch seat and the housing and the plug, forming a circumferential gap, so that the gap between the contact of the switch and the inner wall of the flameproof surface is relatively large, the electrical gap and the creepage distance are increased, and the withstand voltage level is improved, and the flameproof performance is improved.
