Abstract

The present application relates to a MES software management method, system, device and storage medium, and to the technical field of manufacturing systems, wherein the method includes obtaining the actual assembly object outline; querying the preset assembly object outline corresponding to the actual assembly object outline; if the actual assembly object outline is inconsistent with the preset assembly object outline, determining the assembly object identification that is inconsistent with the preset assembly object outline; determining the assembly error type corresponding to the assembly object identification; generating the number of assembly errors corresponding to the assembly error type; querying the assembly error threshold corresponding to the number of assembly errors; generating an error detection interval corresponding to the assembly error threshold; if the number of assembly errors within the error detection interval reaches the assembly error threshold, generating a shutdown instruction and executing it. The present application has the effect of preventing the production line from assembling and producing a large number of unqualified products in a state where there may be a fault, thereby reducing the waste of assembly raw materials.
