Method for manufacturing a glass decorative sheet

Abstract

The application relates to a glass decoration piece manufacturing method, which comprises the following steps: cleaning glass, performing laser cutting on the glass, completely disconnecting the top end of small glass pieces from middle glass pieces, and connecting the bottom end of the small glass pieces with the middle glass pieces; fixing the middle glass pieces on positioning pieces, performing UV transfer printing on the middle glass pieces, and curing; high-temperature baking the cured middle glass pieces, wherein the baking time is 25-30 min, and the temperature is 150+ / -5 DEG C; performing first ink printing on the baked middle glass pieces; performing PVD film coating on the printed middle glass pieces; performing second ink printing on the PVD film coated middle glass pieces, and completely covering the transfer printing area by the second ink printing; and performing crack processing on the second ink printed middle glass pieces; the glass decoration piece manufacturing method is stable, high in production capacity, time and labor saving, uniform in wire drawing texture, high in yield, and not easy to scratch.
