A method for optimizing the maintenance process of hydropower station equipment

Abstract

A method for optimizing the maintenance process of hydropower station equipment is mainly used to optimize the reasonable allocation of human and material resources during the maintenance and disassembly process of hydropower station equipment. It includes the following steps: establishing a three-dimensional model of the equipment; using a directed graph to establish the priority relationship between equipment parts and converting it into a mathematical matrix that can be processed by a computer; defining the disassembly information of equipment parts, including the center coordinates of the parts, the disassembly direction and the disassembly tools; using direction change, tool replacement and moving distance as evaluation indicators to establish an objective function; and using a discrete gravitational search algorithm to optimize the process. When the equipment of a large and complex hydropower station is being maintained, the present invention obtains the optimal or approximately optimal selective disassembly sequence according to the target parts to be maintained, thereby guiding the disassembly of the equipment and improving the maintenance efficiency.
