A crushing device for denitration catalyst

Abstract

The present invention relates to a crushing device for a denitration catalyst, comprising a base frame, a bracket fixed on the top of the base frame, a feed tray fixed on the top of the bracket, an outer cylinder vertically inserted and fixed at the bottom of the right closed end of the feed tray, a main body arranged in the outer cylinder, and a slide plate fixed on the top of the base frame which is higher on the left and lower on the right. The present invention integrates a coarse crushing device, a disintegrating device and a fine crushing device together, thereby greatly simplifying the structure and reducing the volume, and there is no need to frequently transfer the denitration catalyst raw materials manually during the crushing process, thereby significantly simplifying the operation steps for ease of use. In addition, particles whose particle sizes do not meet the requirements can be automatically retained in the screen cylinder for further crushing, thereby achieving the effect of saving time and labor.
