Abstract

The present application provides an array substrate and a display panel, the array substrate comprising: a groove, the longitudinal section of the groove corresponding to a circular arc shape; and at least one thin film transistor, the thin film transistor comprising: an active pattern, comprising a first connection portion, a middle portion and a second connection portion, the middle portion being connected between the first connection portion and the second connection portion, the middle portion being arranged in the groove, and the longitudinal section of the middle portion corresponding to a circular arc shape; a gate, arranged corresponding to the middle portion; and a source-drain electrode, comprising a source electrode and a drain electrode, the source electrode being in contact with the first connection portion, and the drain electrode being in contact with the second connection portion. The present application arranges the middle portion of the active pattern in the groove, and the longitudinal section of the groove corresponding to a circular arc shape, so as to ensure the size of the middle portion of the active pattern and thus the performance of the thin film transistor, while being conducive to reducing the area occupied by the thin film transistor, thereby improving the aperture ratio of the display panel.
