Oxygen generator and oxygen production method

Abstract

The present invention relates to an oxygen generator and an oxygen production method, comprising a low-pressure oxygen production system, a high-pressure oxygen supply system and a control system. The low-pressure oxygen production system comprises an oxygen production module and an oxygen buffer tank, and the high-pressure oxygen supply system comprises an oxygen booster and an oxygen booster tank. The low-pressure oxygen is increased in pressure by the oxygen booster from the oxygen buffer tank and enters the oxygen booster tank. A flow sensor and a concentration sensor are arranged at the outlet of the oxygen booster tank and are electrically connected to the control system for measuring the concentration, flow rate and pressure of the oxygen finally produced. The control system detects the oxygen supply flow rate through the flow sensor and controls the opening of different numbers of oxygen production modules to produce oxygen, thereby solving the problem that the existing oxygen generator cannot simultaneously meet the three conditions of low-flow oxygen supply, infrequent start and stop, and small footprint.
