Automatic film making device

Abstract

The present invention discloses an automatic slide making device, comprising a frame; a slide taking unit, the slide taking unit having an X-axis motion mechanism, a Z-axis motion mechanism and a slide sucking mechanism; a slide supply unit; and a slide making unit; wherein the slide taking unit, the slide supply unit and the slide making unit are respectively arranged in the frame, the slide supply unit is used to carry a slide and a cover glass, the slide sucking mechanism is used to complete the suction and placement of the slide and the cover glass, and the X-axis motion mechanism and the Z-axis motion mechanism are used to complete the transfer of the slide and the cover glass from the slide supply unit to the slide making unit. The advantages of the present invention are that the method of artificially covering the cover glass is simulated in the process of covering the cover glass, so that the sample dripped on the slide is more uniform and the generation of bubbles is reduced; a highly elastic first suction head and a second suction head are used, so that the slide and the cover glass will not be damaged while sucking the slide and the cover glass; it has a reset function, which can reduce the number of shutdowns for maintenance and improve the efficiency of slide making; and it can be used to automatically prepare viscous samples.
