Abstract

The present invention provides an automatic cleaning and deburring machine for a ring die, comprising a spray gun moving device, a ring die rotating device, a ring die moving device, a solid-liquid separation device and a floating oil collection device, wherein the spray gun moving device comprises a motor (1), a screw (3), a slide (4) and a spray gun (6); the ring die rotating device comprises a motor (7), a spline shaft (9) and a roller (10); the solid-liquid separation device is arranged below a cleaning chamber (16) and connected to a floating oil collection device; the floating oil collection device is connected to a clean water tank (27); the present invention integrates automatic control technology, high-pressure water jet, solid-liquid separation and floating oil collection technology, realizes efficient, fully automatic and environmentally friendly cleaning and deburring of the ring die, reduces labor intensity while improving cleaning effect, and solves the technical problems of poor cleaning effect, complex operation and easy pollution of ordinary cleaning machines.
