Screening device

Abstract

Inhibition of cost increase and more reliable screening of magnetic and non-magnetic bodies. A screening device (4) screens a mixture (100) of powder and granular magnetic bodies (101) and powder and granular non-magnetic bodies (102) into magnetic and non-magnetic bodies. The screening device includes a magnetic force type screening mechanism (5), a wind force generating section (61), a first wind force screening section (70), and a second wind force screening section (80). The magnetic force type screening mechanism screens the mixture into a first screened material (200) and a second screened material (300) by using magnetic force to adsorb the magnetic bodies from the mixture. The first screened material mainly includes the magnetic bodies and includes the non-magnetic bodies. The second screened material mainly includes the non-magnetic bodies and includes the magnetic bodies. The wind force generating section generates wind force. The first wind force screening section screens the first screened material (200) into the magnetic bodies (101) and the non-magnetic bodies (102) using the wind force. The second wind force screening section screens the second screened material (300) into the non-magnetic bodies (102) and the magnetic bodies (101) using the wind force.
