Gas waste heat recovery and purification device and system thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a gas waste heat recovery and purification device and a system thereof, wherein the gas waste heat recovery and purification device comprises an evaporation chamber provided with a first water inlet and a first exhaust port; a condensation chamber connected with the evaporation chamber, the condensation chamber being provided with a first air inlet, a second exhaust port and a first water outlet; an air extraction device communicated with the first exhaust port, the air extraction device being capable of extracting air from the evaporation chamber; and a condensate water collector communicated with the first water outlet and the first water inlet respectively, the condensate water collector being used for collecting condensate water condensed in the condensation chamber and supplying the condensate water into the evaporation chamber. The boiling point of water in the evaporation chamber is lower than the continuous condensation point of the condensation chamber, the waste gas is recovered in waste heat, and relatively pure condensate water is generated in the process of condensation and heat release, so that the separation of non-condensable gas in the waste gas is realized.
