A hydraulic system for hoisting working condition of excavator and control method thereof

Abstract

The present invention discloses a hydraulic system for hoisting conditions of an excavator in the field of engineering vehicle technology and a control method thereof, which is intended to solve the problems in the prior art of failure in the hoisting operation of the excavator, heavy objects suspended in mid-air, affecting the personal safety of operators and troubleshooting. It includes a lifting module and a fault brake module; the fault brake module includes a hydraulically controlled reversing valve, an emergency storage bin, and a shuttle valve; the emergency storage bin is connected between the pilot pump and the pilot control valve, and the main control valve is opened by the hydraulic oil stored in the emergency storage bin, and the bat mechanism moves downward under the gravity of the heavy object, and extends and descends; the present invention is applicable to the hoisting operation process of the excavator, and can safely descend the goods in the fault.
