Valve suture device for preventing misoperation

Abstract

The present application provides a valve suture device for preventing misoperation, comprising a pushing device, a puncture device and a detection device. The pushing device comprises a pushing catheter and a pushing handle connected to the proximal end of the pushing catheter. The puncture device axially penetrates the inner cavity of the pushing handle and is movably installed in the pushing catheter. The puncture device comprises a puncture handle and a safety member, the safety member is movably sleeved on the puncture handle and movably installed in the pushing handle, and the safety member is used to lock the puncture handle to limit the axial movement of the puncture handle. The detection device comprises at least one probe and a probe control mechanism connected to the proximal end of each probe, and the probe is movably installed in the inner cavity of the pushing handle and the pushing catheter. The probe control mechanism is arranged on the pushing handle, and the probe control mechanism is provided with a blocking member. When the probe at least partially extends out of the pushing catheter, the blocking member abuts against the safety member to limit the axial movement of the puncture handle, thereby preventing the misoperation of forgetting to retract the probe into the pushing catheter and performing leaflet puncture.
