Coal wall spalling control device and working method for coal mining working face

Abstract

The present invention relates to a coal wall spalling control device for a coal mining working face and a working method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of mining equipment. The spalling control device includes a tail guide pipe sleeve 1, a flexible rubber pipe 2, a first butt joint 3, a hard plastic pipe 4, a sealing ring 5, an exhaust pipe 6, a second butt joint 7 and a one-way valve plug 8. The tail guide pipe sleeve 1 is arranged on one end of the flexible rubber pipe 2, and the other end of the flexible rubber pipe 2 is connected to the hard plastic pipe 4 through the first butt joint 3. A sealing ring 5 is provided around the hard plastic pipe 4, and the exhaust pipe 6 is inserted into the sealing ring 5. The other end of the hard plastic pipe 4 is connected to the one-way valve plug 8 through the second butt joint 7. The present invention adopts a combination of flexible pipes and hard pipes for grouting to "add reinforcement and bones" to the coal seam to be mined, which does not affect the normal mining of the comprehensive excavator and can well solve the problem of coal wall spalling. It has a simple structure, low cost, high efficiency and practicality.
