The application discloses a kind of filter rod forming machine opening quality detection methods, comprising the following steps: for the operating characteristics of high-speed tow opening mechanism, establish the opening flow field model with airflow distribution characteristics;While using the improved turbulent flow analysis model, the CFD model is modified multiple internal parameters, to obtain relatively accurate CFD simulation model;Through PLC technology, the key data of equipment is collected, and database is established to store the data obtained by monitoring and the result data after CFD model simulation;Quality opening model is constructed, the key parameters affecting tow quality are mined by ANN network training and CFD model simulation equipment components under different operating conditions;Build test platform based on CFD-opening mechanism;Build upper computer platform based on opening structure-tow, provide efficient visual human-computer interaction system for operator to refer to.The scheme establishes the interrelationship between the key parameters in the tow opening process and the final forming quality, which can provide guidance for hardware, position adjustment, optimization and equipment maintenance of each link.
