The image decoding method performed by the image decoding device according to the present disclosure may include the following steps: determining a prediction mode of a current block based on prediction information obtained from a bitstream; obtaining a flag indicating whether to apply a color space transform to residual samples of the current block based on the prediction mode of the current block; determining a quantization parameter of the current block based on the flag; and determining a transform coefficient of the current block based on the quantization parameter.
