A drying tension control system for steel paper production

Abstract

The present invention discloses a steel paper production drying tension control system, which aims to solve the problems of inconvenient tension adjustment during steel paper drying and easy formation of internal stress after steel paper is dried. The invention includes a controller and several drying cylinder groups, each drying cylinder group includes a pair of drying cylinders, each drying cylinder group is equipped with a driving motor, the driving motor drives the drying cylinder to rotate, and a tension sensor is installed between two adjacent drying cylinder groups. The steel paper bypasses the drying cylinder and the tension sensor, the tension sensor is electrically connected to the input end of the controller, and the driving motor is electrically connected to the output end of the controller. The steel paper production drying tension control system is convenient for adjusting the steel paper tension between the drying cylinder groups, so that the longitudinal tension of the steel paper matches the transverse tension, thereby balancing the longitudinal and transverse shrinkage ratios of the steel paper, so that the steel paper is not easy to form internal stress after drying.
