A motor controller

Abstract

The application provides a motor controller, which comprises a microprocessor, a high-voltage sampling circuit and an active discharge circuit, the high-voltage sampling circuit collects the discharge voltage of the active discharge circuit, the input end of the microprocessor is connected with the high-voltage sampling circuit, the motor controller further comprises a redundant controller and a logic switching circuit, the input end of the redundant controller is connected with the high-voltage sampling circuit, the input end of the logic switching circuit is connected with the output end of the microprocessor and the output end of the redundant controller respectively, and the output end of the logic switching circuit is connected with the active discharge circuit, the logic switching circuit is used for sending the control signals of the microprocessor or the redundant controller to the active discharge circuit. When the microprocessor or the redundant controller fails, the microprocessor or the redundant controller which still works normally can continue to send the control signals to the active discharge circuit, so that the active discharge circuit keeps normal operation, and the safety of the whole vehicle system is ensured.
