TFT lamination equipment

Abstract

The present invention provides a TFT laminating device, including a laminating device, a safety device and a controller. The safety device is used to detect whether the operator's limbs are close to the laminating device and realize emergency braking of the laminating device; the laminating device includes a work surface, a horizontal guide rail, a horizontal moving component, a horizontal drive component, a lower mold clamp, a rotating motor, a fixed bracket, a vertical guide rail, a vertical moving component, a vertical drive component and an upper mold clamp. The safety device includes a safety grating and a start button. The present invention realizes emergency braking of components such as the horizontal drive component, the vertical drive component, and the rotating motor through the design of the safety grating, thereby ensuring the safety of the operator. In addition, the present invention realizes two modes of taking and placing materials, namely, robotic arm and manual, through the design of the guide rail, the rotating motor, the first loading position and the second loading position, thereby solving the problem that once the robotic arm of the equipment is abnormal, it cannot operate, resulting in production line shutdown.
