Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: simulating the process from the generation to the landing of the typhoon by using a mesoscale WRF model, and obtaining the time evolution characteristics of the simulated wind speed, path and sea level pressure; estimating the center position of the typhoon at each time by using the central minimum pressure in the tropical cyclone data, and comprehensively analyzing the intensity of the tropical cyclone by combining the maximum wind speed of the lowest layer grid and the central minimum pressure; comparatively analyzing the sea surface temperature, the sea level height anomaly and the sea surface salinity in the rapid strengthening process of the typhoon, and obtaining the internal reaction of the ocean in the rapid strengthening process of the typhoon; and analyzing the movement of the atmosphere on the sea surface in the rapid strengthening process of the typhoon according to the simulated sea level horizontal wind speed. The application has certain reference value in the aspects of the prediction of the rapid strengthening process of the typhoon near the sea and the disaster prevention and reduction of the typhoon.
