Heat exchange tube plugging tool

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of pipeline plugging, and particularly relates to a heat exchange pipe plugging tool. The heat exchange pipe plugging tool mainly comprises a heat exchanger tube plate body and a plugging assembly. The inner wall of the heat exchanger tube plate body is sequentially provided with an internal thread segment and a sealing groove segment along a first direction. The plugging assembly comprises a sealing shaft and a pressing shaft sleeve. The sealing shaft comprises an integrated sealing part and a connecting part. The sealing part is inserted into the heat exchanger tube plate body along the first direction, and the peripheral side surface of the sealing part is attached to the inner wall of the sealing groove segment. The pressing shaft sleeve is provided with an external thread segment. The pressing shaft sleeve is threadedly connected to the connecting part through the external thread segment and the internal thread segment, and the end part of the pressing shaft sleeve presses the sealing part. The heat exchange pipe plugging tool is simple in structure, and can realize plugging of the heat exchanger tube plate body without welding, thereby improving the flexible applicability of the heat exchange pipe plugging tool and improving work efficiency.
