A smart fermenter for pharmaceutical production and its usage method

Abstract

This invention discloses an intelligent fermenter for pharmaceutical production and its usage method, comprising an outer fermentation tank, a movable fermentation mechanism, and an auxiliary stirring mechanism. A support plate is fixedly connected inside the outer fermentation tank, and a pair of uprights are fixedly connected between the support plate and the inner wall of the outer fermentation tank. A discharge pipe is connected to the bottom of the outer fermentation tank. The movable fermentation mechanism is located inside the outer fermentation tank and includes an inner fermentation tank. A pair of sliders are connected to the side wall of the inner fermentation tank, and the sliders are slidably mounted on the pair of uprights. Through the design of these mechanisms, this invention increases the intelligence level of the fermenter used in pharmaceutical production. This eliminates the need for manual stirring of the pharmaceutical raw materials inside the fermentation tank, saving labor and resources while ensuring sufficient stirring of the raw materials. This allows for proper fermentation of the pharmaceutical materials, ensuring fermentation efficiency and preventing any impact on subsequent processing.
