Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant, flame-retardant and break-resistant optical fiber cable and relates to the technical field of optical fiber cable manufacturing. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking at least one optical fiber, uniformly coating a flexible material on the outer wall of the optical fiber through an extruder to form an inner core, and cooling the inner core to normal temperature; brushing a layer of heat insulation glue on the cooled inner core, winding at least one layer of reinforcing yarn on the outer wall of the heat insulation glue, and reserving the heat insulation glue after solidification. The application coats a layer of flexible material on the outer wall of the optical fiber, and sets an outer protective layer with a certain strength on the outer wall of the flexible material, so that the bending curvature of the internal optical fiber can be reduced when the optical fiber cable is bent, the protection effect of the optical fiber is achieved, and the tensile property, high-temperature resistance, flame resistance, oxidation resistance and ultraviolet resistance of the optical fiber cable can be effectively improved through the outer protective layer, so that the service life of the optical fiber cable can be effectively prolonged.
