An operating mechanism of a frame circuit breaker, comprising two oppositely arranged side plates and a connecting rod mechanism arranged between the two side plates, a stop shaft for blocking the connecting rod mechanism is arranged on one side of the connecting rod mechanism, the stop shaft is sleeved with a torsional spring matched with the connecting rod mechanism, the torsional spring comprises a limiting structure and a driving structure, the limiting structure is used for matching with the side plate, and the driving structure is matched with the connecting rod mechanism, the driving structure can push the connecting rod mechanism to rotate when the operating mechanism stores energy, the torsional spring is arranged on the inner side of the connecting rod mechanism, the structure of the torsional spring is not limited by the structure of the connecting rod mechanism, the mechanical life of the torsional spring is improved, and the torsional spring is not easy to interfere with the connecting rod mechanism during assembly and work.
