Device and method for measuring the sinking amount of engine valve-seat contact pair

Abstract

The present invention discloses a device and method for measuring the sinking amount of a valve-seat contact pair of an engine. The device includes a base, an inclination indicator, a loading plate, an analysis module, a bracket and a turntable. The inclination indicator is arranged on the loading plate, and the loading plate is rotatably and slidably arranged on the base. The loading plate includes an upper loading plate layer and a lower loading plate layer, and the upper loading plate layer and the lower loading plate layer form a double-layer retractable structure. The upper loading plate layer is provided with a valve stem bracket and a seat ring compression spring, and the lower loading plate layer is provided with two valve / seat ring positioning pieces. The analysis module is arranged on the turntable through the bracket, and the turntable is slidably arranged on the base. The present invention can realize high-precision and visual measurement and recording of the wear sinking amount of valves and seat rings of different types of vehicle engines, so as to evaluate the wear condition of the valve-seat ring contact pair, and help engineers to form a more intuitive understanding of valve and seat ring component materials, processing materials and engine working conditions.
