A web gui test case generation method based on event dependency model

Abstract

The application discloses a WEB GUI test case generation method based on an event dependency model, which comprises the following steps: extracting first data of a web system to be tested, wherein the first data comprises key nodes, GUI events and window level relations; adding a label attribute to the key nodes; constructing an EFG model according to GUI components and GUI events of the web system to be tested; converting the EFG model into an EIG model; constructing an EDHM model according to the EIG model; generating local abstract test cases in the form of graph traversal based on the EDHM model; generating complete GUI system abstract test cases based on the local abstract test cases; and mapping the nodes in the GUI system abstract test cases to real GUI nodes and GUI events of the real GUI nodes, so as to generate executable test cases. The method disclosed by the application can automatically generate an executable test case set with small event scale and high event coverage.
