The change from passive response after oscillation to active response is realized, which can not only effectively avoid or reduce the occurrence of oscillation, but also effectively suppress and cut off the oscillation at the initial stage of the occurrence of the oscillation, reduce the propagation and influence range of the oscillation, and can be applied to new energy power plants and power grid dispatching centers at all levels, providing support for oscillation prevention and oscillation suppression, and guaranteeing the safe operation of the power grid.
