A method for designing vehicle shifting schedule

Abstract

The present invention discloses a vehicle shifting rule design method, including obtaining the relationship between the unit time fuel consumption of each gear and the vehicle speed, and the relationship between the wheel side traction and the vehicle speed under a certain throttle opening; obtaining the relationship between the wheel side energy efficiency of each gear and the vehicle speed under the throttle opening; obtaining the shifting speed points between adjacent gears under the throttle opening; repeating steps one to three, successively obtaining the shifting speed points between each gear under several throttle openings, and fitting all the shifting speed points of each gear into an economical shifting line. By taking the highest wheel side energy efficiency as the goal, not only the engine efficiency is taken into account, but also the efficiency of the transmission system is additionally taken into account, the shifting speed points are found, and the economical shifting line is formed, so that the vehicle has the maximum output energy conversion efficiency under a certain vehicle speed and gear, and the economy is optimal.
