Gas pressure regulator pressure structure

Abstract

The application discloses a gas pressure regulator pressure structure, which comprises a first setting spring, an adjusting spring, a piston and a spring seat. The spring seat, the first setting spring, the adjusting spring and the piston are arranged in the upper shell of a shell. When the input pressure reaches a set value, the piston is pushed to move upward to drive the spring seat to also move upward, the compression degree of the first setting spring is reduced, the output pressure is reduced, the part of the output pressure rising due to the input pressure rising is offset, and thus the output pressure is more stable. If the input pressure decreases, the spring seat moves downward, the compression degree of the first setting spring is increased, the output pressure is increased, the part of the output pressure decreasing due to the input pressure decreasing is offset, and thus the output pressure is more stable. The gas pressure regulator pressure structure adjusts the compression degree of the first setting spring through feedback of input pressure variation, so that the pressure regulator has greater output flow and more stable output pressure.
