Abstract

The application discloses an application crash processing method and device, equipment, medium and product. The method comprises the following steps: in response to a crash event of a current application, real-time crash information of the crash event is acquired; it is inquired whether a target crash configuration matched with the real-time crash information exists in an application crash configuration pool; the crash information comprises a crash class name, a crash method name, an application version or a crash frequency; it is detected whether the target crash configuration comprises crash prompt information; if the target crash configuration comprises the crash prompt information, an application crash prompt window with the crash prompt information is displayed; it is detected whether the target crash configuration comprises a restart application identifier; if the target crash configuration comprises the restart application identifier, the current application is restarted; if the target crash configuration does not comprise the restart application identifier, a crash thread acting on the crash event is restarted. The application crash is restarted by inquiring the crash configuration corresponding to the current crash, the application program is repaired in real time after the crash, and the crash repair process is optimized.
