Shielding assembly and socket connector assembly

Abstract

The application provides a shielding cover assembly, which comprises a butt joint end face and at least one set of superposed butt joint spaces penetrating through the butt joint end face; the superposed butt joint spaces in the same set are communicated at the tail of the shielding cover assembly to form a communication part for accommodating a socket connector; the shielding cover assembly further comprises a containing space between two adjacent butt joint spaces in the superposed butt joint spaces, the containing space penetrates through two opposite outer side walls of the shielding cover assembly, one side of the containing space extends through the butt joint end face, and the other side of the containing space extends to the communication part. The application belongs to the field of connectors, and the shielding cover assembly is easy to assemble a heat dissipation part and has good heat dissipation performance. The application further provides a socket connector assembly, which is accurate in positioning a plug connector and has the advantage of good heat dissipation when the socket connector assembly uses the shielding cover assembly disclosed by the application.
