Abstract

The application relates to the technical field, and provides an intelligent control system of an electric cylinder, which comprises a main control module, a power module, a driving module, a speed measurement module and a man-machine interaction module; the man-machine interaction module is connected with the main control module and is used for transmitting the operation instruction of a user to the main control module; the power supply end of the driving module is connected with the power module, the controlled end is connected with the main control module, and the output end is connected with an electric cylinder motor so as to receive the PWM control signal sent by the main control module and control the rotating speed and reverse direction of the electric cylinder motor; the speed measurement module is connected with the main control module and is used for transmitting the rotating speed information of the electric cylinder motor detected to the main control module; the application can accurately adjust the linear motion speed of the nut of the electric cylinder and realizes the intelligent control of the electric cylinder.
