A pipe bending device

Abstract

The present application discloses a pipe bending device, which relates to the technical field of pipe processing, and improves the existing technology for bending pipes, the problems of low efficiency and insufficient yield rate, and includes a base, two clamps, a preheating mechanism, and a support mold. The two clamps are slidably connected to the base, including a clamping claw, a connecting mechanism for rotating the clamping claw, and a rotating mechanism; the preheating mechanism is arranged between the two clamps, including a heating machine and a lifting mechanism of the heating machine; the support mold can be moved to the middle of the two clamps, including a seat body, a support block, and a propulsion mechanism for pushing the support block; the base is also provided with a sliding mechanism for pushing the support mold. The present application fixes the two ends of the pre-processed pipe by the clamps, so that the heating machine heats the bending part, and at the same time the rotating mechanism drives the pre-processed pipe to be evenly heated to soften, and the support block abuts the bending part from bottom to top to bend the pre-processed pipe, and the clamps and the chucks are adaptively adjusted in position and angle according to the bending degree of the pre-processed pipe.
