Side-mounted vacuum circuit breaker with intelligent monitoring system

Abstract

The present invention discloses a side-mounted vacuum circuit breaker with an intelligent monitoring system, comprising a base, three groups of insulating support poles fixedly arranged on the base and three groups of vacuum circuit breaker poles, static contacts are cast on the three groups of insulating support poles, and an isolating switch is arranged between the static contacts and the static contact rods at the upper ends of the vacuum circuit breaker poles. The intelligent monitoring system comprises a controller and a first opening and closing detection sensor electrically connected to the controller, a second opening and closing detection sensor, an air-blowing arc extinguishing device, a current sensor, a voltage sensor, a temperature sensor, a wireless communication module and a power supply module. The first opening and closing detection sensor and the second opening and closing detection sensor can detect the opening and closing conditions of the isolating switch and the vacuum circuit breaker, and the air-blowing arc extinguishing device is started in the closed state of the vacuum circuit breaker pole to blow out the arc generated on the static contact when the isolating switch is opened, thereby improving the safety when operating the isolating switch.
