Abstract

The application discloses a kind of self-calibration compensation frequency and linear multi-subband VCO ultra-wideband high-performance FMCW frequency source, adopts multi-subband VCO to realize two-point modulation of frequency source, utilizes multi-subband VCO to reduce the tuning gain Kvco of voltage-controlled oscillator, to reduce phase noise and improve frequency bandwidth, including time digital converter, digital loop filter, digital-analog conversion module, injection locking frequency divider, frequency divider module, multi-mode frequency divider, delta sigma modulator, FMCW multifunction module, subband compensation module, system linear calibration module, switched capacitor array voltage-controlled oscillator, look-up table.The application is combined with digital-analog conversion module using multi-subband VCO, improves system bandwidth, improves VCO precision, using two-point modulation scheme, using system linear calibration module and subband compensation module calibration mode realizes calibration.
